What Carnamcha does

A record book for your car that fills itself in from photos — including the handwritten ones.

Handwritten receipts, read for you

Handwritten receipts, read for you

Photograph a workshop bill, even one scribbled in Urdu. Each line comes back with the original text, an English description, the amount and the part it matches. Tick the lines that are right, tap to fix the ones that are not, and confirm. The photo stays pinned at the top while you check.

  • Urdu, English, or both on one bill
  • Bracketed lines, crossed-out totals, missing years — flagged for you
  • Totals checked against the lines; a missing line shows up as a gap
One + for everything

One + for everything

There is one button. Add the receipt, the dashboard, or both, and Carnamcha works out whether it is a fuel fill or a service receipt and opens the right screen. A dashboard photo on its own simply saves today's odometer.

  • Fuel slips, workshop bills, parts invoices, oil-change cards
  • Odometer and Trip A read from a dashboard photo
  • The same photo twice is caught, so nothing is counted double
Every visit on a timeline

Every visit on a timeline

Each receipt becomes a visit on its date. The timeline shows how many km and months passed between visits, what each cost, and what was done. Two slips from the same day — the labour bill and the parts invoice — merge into one visit.

  • Next oil change at the top, counted down in km
  • Tap a visit for the full picture
  • Receipts waiting for a check are marked
Every receipt, one swipe away

Every receipt, one swipe away

A visit keeps its receipts as photos you can swipe through, with the total and every job done. Add a dashboard photo and the visit's odometer is read from it.

  • A parts invoice re-billed on the workshop bill is counted once
  • Add another receipt to the same visit any time
When was it last done?

When was it last done?

Look up brake pads, the timing belt or an oil change: when it was last done, at how many km, how often, and what it has cost over the years, across every workshop you have used.

  • Price over time, per part
  • Average interval between jobs
  • Compare across all your vehicles
Reminders before it's due

Reminders before it's due

Every part with a service interval gets a reminder: engine oil every 5,000 km or 6 months, coolant every 2 years, the timing belt at 100,000 km. Carnamcha counts down from the last time it was done, in km and in months, whichever comes first — and a date or km written on the workshop's card wins.

  • Change any interval, or set one for any part
  • No receipt for it? Enter when it was last done
  • Due items show on the dashboard; a Monday email if you want it
Fuel and economy

Fuel and economy

Snap the pump slip and the dashboard. Litres, price and amount come from the slip; the odometer and trip meter from the dashboard. Economy is worked out full tank to full tank, and every figure says whether it was measured, shown by the car, or estimated.

  • Fills grouped by month with the month's spend
  • Economy for city, highway and mixed driving
  • Partial fills handled honestly
Your car at a glance

Your car at a glance

The dashboard shows what happened lately, what you have spent this month and over six months, and your fuel economy — for each of your vehicles.

  • Several cars, one account
  • Works on any phone; add it to the home screen

And also

A backlog of old receipts

Choose up to 20 photos at once. They are read together and wait for you to check.

Oil-change cards

The workshop's sticker card becomes a list of past oil changes, and its next-due km sets the oil reminder.

Your reminder window

Decide what "due soon" means for you — 1,000 km and 30 days to start — and which parts go in the weekly email.

Duplicates caught

The same bill photographed twice, or logged twice, is flagged before it counts.

Export anything

Fuel and maintenance as CSV, or everything as JSON, whenever you want it.
